Romas Martin

Mr. Martin brings 35 years of professional experience with the City of Houston, where he served as an auditor within Housing and Community Development, including oversight of city-supported nonprofit organizations. His experience in accountability, nonprofit operations, and financial stewardship provides valuable leadership to HOTF. Now retired, he combines his faith, decades of experience, and lifelong passion for fishing the Texas Coast to mentor boys and support the mission of The Hearts of the Father.

Jeremy Cupp

Jeremy Cupp brings disciplined leadership, service, and firsthand child-welfare experience to The Hearts of the Father. A United States Marine Corps veteran, former CASA, and foster father, Jeremy provides a valuable perspective on the needs of boys from hard places. His commitment to accountability, strong leadership, and practical service strengthens HOTF at both the organizational and field levels, making him a trusted voice in advancing the mission and its long-term direction.

Frank Novelli

Frank is a founding member of this team. For the past decade, he has been a steadfast supporter of the boys behind the scenes. He thrives on hearing updates from camp. An avid outdoorsman from Texas, Frank serves as a wise counselor for the team. He’s the kind of guy you want by your side in challenging times. Trauma is a battle, and we're incredibly grateful to have Frank fighting alongside us.

Lee

Warden

Lee Warden brings legal experience, disciplined leadership, and a strong commitment to protecting vulnerable youth to The Hearts of the Father. As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Washington County, Lee provides valuable perspective on accountability, public service, and the systems surrounding children and families. His sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to responsible leadership strengthen HOTF's governance and help ensure the organization remains focused, credible, and accountable to the boys and communities it serves.

Position

The Hearts of the Father is seeking a qualified leader to serve on its Board of Directors. This governance role carries responsibility for organizational oversight, fiduciary stewardship, strategic direction, policy, and long-term sustainability. The ideal board member will bring sound judgment, professional experience, community relationships, and a commitment to the mission of HOTF. Board service is active, not honorary; members are expected to provide counsel, exercise responsible oversight, support organizational development, and help position HOTF for disciplined, sustainable growth.
